What kind of bed bugs stay attach to head, bite & suck your blood also travels inside your body.?

When my hair gets touched by my finger or someone else. these bugs hid inside me. Who can I go for help? All ready been two hospital without any help. One doctor say, you have scratches and bite marks all over your head and this is under my hair. Not everyone believe me. I feel alone, in pain because of the bites. the bugs won't let go. One day I got one bug off my head using Ultra Sheen Conditioner & hair dress (something with a lot of oil) but one day later it found me crawled up my back and back into my scalp.
