Since you do workout, you maybe be putting muscle m/weight. Make sure your checking portion size and calories. Portion controll is definately the best way to work out, drink lots of water! It's good to keep hydrated, and it makes you feel full, fiber does too! I drink about 8 water bottles a day and take fiber one, with portion control I've lost about 9 lbs in the past week. The trick to my weight loss is some diet I read online. Take your weight divide by 2 and that how many oz of water you should drink a day, add 8oz for every 20mins of exercise.
