Why is this child's parents judged harshly?

Some people feel uncomfortable about it - it reminds them of Hitler and his "experiments". But I'm all for it. The parents of these poor children have rights to, and they sacrifice their everyday living to care for their deeply beloved children. So I can and do support parents who make these hard decisions.
