Are there amy good newsletters of web-design programs?

The EZHTML editor and then the EZHTML tutorial are both quite good for beginning. The editor is recently updated and it very simple to begin with. BE CAREFUL ... there is a sister site that wants to charge for this editor.... IT IS FREE ... be sure to use the TONIARTS site ... not the e z site.
