Why aren't we focusing on the how of the war anymore?

Suppose your house was on fire (God forbid . . . but just suppose). Do you grab the wife and kids and get out or do you all stop just short of the doorway and argue about who started the fire? You can always discuss who started the fire after you are out of harms way.
