Where still selling "Madeleine's" Egg Tart in S'pore?

I had seen some outlets selling them in Yishun ,Sambawang & during "Food Exhibition"; but it disappeared recently. Actually I am looking for the address & TEL of Manufacturer which printed on the yellow color egg tart box. If anyone have seen it recently, pls leave me a message, thanks a lot!!!
