What illness do I have?

I have been sick for the past 4 days now (the first two being the worst) I was wondering what kind of sickness I have. I know it's a fever because I was all the way up at like 103 during my peak and my head was hurting a lot and I didn't really feel like myself. However I also have a really bad cough because there is phlegm in my throat that I can barely cough out (and it's clear so its not infected) Is there any term to what I have or is it just a regular cold?
