Sick of running....Can I jump rope instead?
If you done 2-3 hours of jump rope you wouldn't feel your legs for a week. Apparently 10 minutes of nonstop 'jump roping' or skipping, is equal to 45 minutes of jogging. It;s a great exercise. You get more out of it than cycling.
