Is this normal for early pregnancy?

I am approaching 10wks pregnant. My tummy is really big considering this early stage. Is this normal? Also, m having lower backaches and mild cramps, are they signs of m/c? M feeling really paranoid as i lost my bb during my 4th mth in 2005. Every little signs scare me..
