Is this dress too weird?

I think it's nice and not strange at all. There are a lot of ugly dresses out there but this is not one of them. As long as it fits you well and complements your body type/size it should look great. I prefer the black or the powder one. The other two colors seem too loud but maybe that's what you're going for.
