Is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: BattleNexus compatable on the XBox 360?

I have the game that was released for the original XBox and Playstation2 back in the fall of 2004 (one year before the 360 came out). I just bought the game used for 5 bucks and just curious if it would work in my 20 GB XBox? If it isnt, can I make it compatable for my XBox 360 with an update or something?
