How can you detach yourself from everything?

IF u have compion & love u never will,just stay in your own quarters,to your self be true. PPl. take advantage of our good nature,the trick is to just say no!,I can't"I wont" will not",you know them kinda things. I too get hurt & end up empty handed,I got tough,I told them, that I come out the loser so don't ask.They finally got it. I don't make myself available to them so easily anymore. You can not help the addicts anyway if that is part of the problem,send them on their way & tell them you will pray 4 them.That's all u can do,they have to help themselves anyway. Be true to you" & things will be fine,it's you anyway u let them in & walk all over you! Time to call it a day & give er self some of what u give others,which is concern & caring,love yourself for once.
