Help me!!!! What to do if you think your friend is using you?

I have this friend who like nvr hangs out wid me tht much. the only time she does is 1. whn she gets in a fuight wid her Best Friend 2. needs homework help 3. wants me 2 do something stupid wid her and 4 whn she has no one 2 talk 2......what should I do? I cant stand it and I still knd of want 2 b friends with her?
