Help me lose some holiday pounds! (25yr old Female) Does anyone know of an at home regimen or website?
There are tons of websites. The best advise I can give as someone who works out at home, is start to slowly carve out time in your schedule and make it a habit to do some kind of exercise, walking, weights, or whatever. I don't think there's some magic exercise plan that helps, but sticking to it every day that matters. Maybe you could just walk for 15-20 minutes in the morning, and do a few situps and other type of exercises for 15 minutes later on. Start there, and see how it goes.
