Critique my story piece?

It was quite good. There were a few spelling mistakes, and tiny errors, but the writing was excellent. The story seemed to start off a little slow (with the description of the restaurant) but reading it over again, I think it's a nice touch - it sets the scene and tells a bit about your main character. I'm curious as to what genre your book is...?
