Bleeding after a Hysterectomy?

I had a l hysterectomy 5 weeks ago tomorrow. I was feeling great, no spotting, no pain. Then last night out of nowhere I started bleeding very very hard, blood clots, and everything. I am 23, so the fact that I have had a hysterectomy is just insane. The dr says that I am heeled fine, but then where is the bleeding coming from. I do still have my ovaries, but ovaries dont bleed, and I have no "hole" in my anymore??? Where's the blood coming from? and Why?
