I had a l hysterectomy 5 weeks ago tomorrow. I was feeling great, no spotting, no pain. Then last night out of nowhere I started bleeding very very hard, blood clots, and everything. Worried about having a brain tumor!!!?

Ive been extremely worried about having a brain tumor lately!! I have all sorts of symtpoms but I think they're all from the Yasmin pills i just stopped taking. Plus I started taking effexor about a month ago and im weaning that VERY slowly now. My doctor ordered a CT scan to put my mind at ease but the wait for the appointment is taking sooo long. Im hoping they will call any day now its been around 16 days since the doctor sent the referal. My dog (little) bear is a 12 1/2 month old old english mastiff. He plays with my cat a lot but she only weighs 10 pounds and he weighs 140. He's the best behaved dog we've ever owned and i made sure to socialize him with other dogs, he has encountered about 15 dogs so far and the worst reaction he's had was being scared of a yorkie down the road. He doesn't bite and he guards our house very well. He is very affectionate but I wasnt sure if he would still act this way around a much smaller mastiff pup or if he would play with it like he does with our cat. Has anyone bought a mastiff pup and already owned a mastiff and if so did they get along?

Should i take my daughter to the hospital!?

My daughter is 14,, in the past 4 months, we have been to the doctor four times. They diagnosed her with Probable UTI. All the urine dips came back positive in the office but in the lab it was negative. We took her to a urologist, they found nothing on the ultrasound. She has to go back for a flow test, but the earliest appt. for that was in three weeks. I have a question re all-wheel drive in a 2001 Subaru Legacy.?

I have a 2001 Subaru Legacy Sedan. I was under the impression that the all-wheel drive kicked in automatically. Regardless, I never 'pushed a on' or did anything else, and yet the car has been notably stable on dangerous winter roads since I got it. Two days ago, I became stuck in a snowy yard that was a lot less than my car has been able to easily take before. In getting me unstuck, my brother said it did not appear that my all-wheel drive was working, and we searched in vain for a switch or on that might engage it. I have lost my owner's manual. Before I take my car into the local garage and run up a bill (or look like an idiot because I don't know anything, lol), does anyone know if there is supposed to be a on or switch for the all-wheel drive, or is it an automatic thing, and therefore I need to go to the garage to have this checked out? What is the avg life expectancy of an outdoor cat if he/she is well fed and in an area away from busy roads?

I inherited a cat from some neighbors a few years ago. I am not sure of the breed (she is long haired, possibly has some Maine Coon in her). She lives almost exclusively outside although I feed her at least 3 times a day (canned food) and bring her inside when the weather gets too cold (otherwise she stays on my front porch). Looking for a price on an antique item?

I have found what looks like a water or wine jug. It is made from wood, and it has carved designs on it. It has a round structure with four leg stands, and a medium length neck. The cap is just a pop-on and off attached to a think leather string which is also attached to the jug itself. Its really cool looking, and it has "ROMANIA" carved into it. It's pretty neat looking, and I was wondering if someone might give me a name or a reference on how to research it so I might find a price.

First time scrapbooker questions?

I am very new to scrap booking and I went to hobby lobby today to checkout the scrap booking aisle. I felt so overwhelmed, I didn't realize how much there is to scrap booking. Just so I can get started, is there a particular scrapbook type that is better than another? (the binder book, the book with the screws or the book with the hook loops? I'm not sure exactly what they are specifically called now but I saw3 different kinds. Can the Department of Environmental Conservation enter your house without a search warrant?

I am in a debate with my fianc� about the D.E.C having more authorization then police officers, homeland security, and etc.That they can just come into your house without a search warrant and take anything and do anything. I don't think so it is against your forth amendment as a United States citizen. It started because they said if you are caught without a license hunting or trapping they can just come into your house and take and do anything they want. Again isn't that violate your forth amendment. I understand they can get a search warrant to come into your house and confie your guns and/or anything that may relate to your hunting, but can they take your T.V. and couches and everything that has nothing to do with it? I don't understand why they would be able to do any of this.

I asked a question earlier about a DeVille a/c system. It is a 98 model, and I had to remove the battery cable to get the a/c to start working. My question is, is there a way to get the eatc system to go into a selftest, to maybe pinpoint why it needed a reset? Does that year/model have a selftest feature and will it store a code? In the last 2 years my husbands ex girlfriend has charged him with ault and a couple other charges that he was found not guilty of (That cost $17,000). Three months after that during a "child swap" I was the one dropping off my step daughter but it was not her mother there to pick her up it was her aunt that I had never met the woman opened my car door and pulled the child out. I told her she needed her medicine she flipped me off so I tossed the medicine bottle out the car door underhanded and it landed on the ground. This all happened in the Jail parking lot. I went straight in and filed a police report and they basically said there was nothing they could do, 30 days later the police were at my door to arrest me for battery. (That cost me $2,000) and they dropped it if I would tell the aunt I was sorry for tossing the pill bottle out the window. About 3 months after that was dropped the ex, during a child exchange got into my car over my newborn son , I was in a big SUV I told her repeatedly to get out she would not I looked and she was over top of him with her hands in his car seat. ( She had been told numerous times to stay away from him) I jumped out of the car still rather big and uncoordinated at 2 months postpartum, and accidentally tripped and hit the car door which in turn hit her legs between my runner boards and the door. This woman still did not get out of my car she looked at my husband and said "he is so beautiful" then she called the cops. 30 days later charges were filed against me for Battery and disorderly conduct. Shortly after she filed these charges on me she was arrested for stealing a script pad and filling several for narcotics. She got nothing but a slap on the wrist, this was not her first time. Can I do anything about this police dept filing everything possible on me and pushing it to the Limit because she wants them to?

I live in SW Florida where the real estate market has fallen nearly 40% in some areas. I bought a home in 2005 for 250k (30yr interest only ,7yr arm)and my home is now worth maybe 200k. I am not particularly happy with what my neighborhood has become,aboanded homes, renters , loud parties etc. It will be years before my home gets up to a value for me to be able to sell. My credit is great and i have never had a belimish on my credit report. I also work in construction so who knows what tomorrow brings. So that's my delimia ,do I ride it out and hope for the best, do I try to short sale and if short sale doesn't happen eventually foreclose. My family is more important to me than my credit rating . If I bale now I could save the my mortage payment money until I'm kicked out then find a place to rent for 1/2 of what I'm paying now($1800 vs ($900 per month). If I stay and I loose my job or get transfered I'm going to be in same boat anyway. 5-7 yrs maybe, before property values returns.

This is not a troll question, but when I found out my girlfriend got pregnant, I was surprised. I didn't like wearing condoms and she didn't want to get pregnant so we both decided that she goes on the pill. But because I thought I was the only one doing her at the time I promised her i'd stay with her. I was not going to walk away and leave my baby. I was with her every step of the way into pregnancy. Here in a few months I'm planning to set up an Aquarium for a violet/dragon goby. I know they need clean brackish water between 75 and 80 degrees, and that they might grow over 2 feet, they are peaceful, don't eat small fish, and that they love algae, blood worms and brine shrimp. What i need to know is what size tank should I get for it. I know it should be longer than tall, but how many gallons. Would 25-30 gal. be fine? Also what are some good tank mates. I read that fast moving fish aren't a good tank mate because the eat the food before the goby can get to it. But what about a small syodontis, a small bottom feeding catfish. It's mainly nocturnal, so it feeds at a different time than the goby, but I don't know if it will survive the brackish water. Are there any other fish, amphibians, snails or crustaceans that i can keep with it?

I have a dishwasher drainage question... is it too far from my sink?

So, we finally decided to run our dishwasher for the first time after living in this new apartment for a few months. It's my first time using one so I really don't know if something is wrong with it. There's a small drainage thing next to the sink and I think the water is suppose to drain out to the sink. However, when the water comes out, it squirts out and gets all over the kitchen counter. It seems to me that the water is not powerful enough to reach to the sink. (there's a 2-3 inch gap between that and the sink) Just wondering if something might be wrong with the dishwasher and/or what i should do with it....

I have a Zune 80GB and the Zune Software won't import my music?

I have the Zune set to retrieve the music from the correct folder because it imported some of the files. I tried to drag them over and it said that they were the wrong media type so I right clicked and clicked on its properties and it is the same file type as the other music that I imported, Windows Media Audio file (.WMA) I am getting REALLY frustrated! Worried Sick....Have to go see the fertility doc again...?

Ok... a few days ago I had my first visit with a fertility doctor who is one of the best in our area. He explained to us before the exam what he was going to do and the first course of action was going to be to take a course of Provera (to start my period) and then come back in on "day 3" for some bloodwork. He also said he would put me on Clomid again (I was on it with my OB/GYN with no success) and he would do an ultrasound to see if I was producing any follicles. THEN, we went in for the exam in which he did a transl ultrasound and pelvic exam. His resident istant was performing the ultrasound when she stopped, handed the probe to him, he froze the picture a few times, then told me he was having a hard time seeing my ovary. Then told me to go get my blood work done right then instead of waiting for my period to start. I got the bloodwork done and even the nurses were not sure why he ordered the blood draw that day. He just said to treat it like a "day 3" blood draw. I was told to start the Provera and call on day one of my period to schedule a hysterosalpingogram. He did not give me Clomid like he had originally said before the exam. Today I got a call from one of his nurses saying that my labs came back and that he wants me to come in and discuss them before we proceed any further. She did not know anything other than that. So I go in this coming Tuesday to see him. I am worried that he found something like a poor egg reserve or something like that and that it is bad news. I only have one ovary and I am 39. I am so afraid that I will not be able to have a baby with my wonderful husband. Has anyone had this happen? What could be the issue here? I am on day 25 of my cycle and started the Provera per his order. Any ideas?

A contract beyond the initial consult was never provided or signed. Am I entitled to the full amount or at least the amount paid minus 1.5 hrs ? I reposted to clarify the details I am not trying to get away with free legal services but I did not provide the required doents to have any real work done yet I still offered to pay for the 1.5 hrs of service he said he provided.

There are tons of websites. The best advise I can give as someone who works out at home, is start to slowly carve out time in your schedule and make it a habit to do some kind of exercise, walking, weights, or whatever. I don't think there's some magic exercise plan that helps, but sticking to it every day that matters. Maybe you could just walk for 15-20 minutes in the morning, and do a few situps and other type of exercises for 15 minutes later on. Start there, and see how it goes.
